Construction Services - We build and repair the following types of projects (See our Portfolio for photos).

Residential, Community, and Commercial Docks.
Bulkhead, Seawalls, Revetments, and other types of erosion control devices.
Marinas.
Bridges, Timber and Steel.
Pile Driving (water and land based), Timber piles, concrete piles, Pipe and H piles, and sheet piling.

Estimates - We provide free estimates for all projects. There are none to small or too big.

Permit Services - We secure permits from the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control Office of Ocean & Coastal Resource Management (DHEC-OOCRM) for residential docks, bulkheads, and revetments. We also secure permits for mooring bouys and osprey nesting poles. We secure DHEC-OOCRM permits for commercial properties: shrimp docks, boat rental docks, community docks, and marinas. Dock master plans are secured for working closely with our surveyor. We also get an Army Corps of Engineers permit when needed along with the DHEC-OOCRM permit.

Evaluation - We will evaluate your marine project for 1) safety, 2) condition, 3) value, and 4) other owner concerns.

Design - We will help you design your marine project.
